This journey of THE NECTAR is one for all women who feel the calling to connect deeper to their essence; to explore, express, play & morph into their must truthful expression.
My intention is to create a space for us to meet ourselves in this moment to moment unfolding:
Extracting the NECTAR of what is.
Let it inform, connect, move and nourish us.
Let us taste our essence;
Let us sip in our sweetness, our potency, our juiciness.
Let us alchemise life’s lessons and wisdom and uncover our radiance as we re-member in deeply rooted and widely expanding embodiment.
As we soften into our bodies, into our hearts, into our wombs, into our yonis, we soften into the somatic wisdom that resides within and informs all of our factes.
Our third journey together will be on EMBODIED.
For the first time it will be a 3 day journey 19-21st of September, recordings will be available for 3 months for you to re-experience, embody and enjoy.
This is a journey to explore your soma temple, your sensuality, your spirit and radiance.
In this group mentoring we’ll create a sacred bond of womanhood and reclaim true sisterhood where we hold each other in our individual exploration towards an unbound, heart centered, alive and radiant Wonderwoman.
Through coaching modalities, embodiment journeys, traditional tantrik rituals and sacred plant allies like cacao and rose you’ll explore your temple, your aliveness and the sweetness and juiciness of this moment running through your veins - trust me, the journey will be nothing short but a homecoming and an expansion simultaneously.
We need more women to truly feel EMBODIED, RADIANT & UNAPOLOGETICALLY THEMSELVES.
Etymologically the word “nectar” is derived from the Greek “Nektar” as the compound of “nek”, meaning death, and “tar” or “tere” meaning the ability to overcome, to cross over, to pass through.
So symbolically a passing through, an overcoming, a transformation of state from one state of Being(ness) to another.
Extracting the nectar of all that is alive in you right now and embodying your full, alive & turned-on expression.
The way we allow ourselves to connect deeply, to move freely, to express truthfully with and for ourselves first, is the same way we move and express anywhere.
The way we move and express anywhere is affecting the whole, as the interwoven Being we are with all.
There is nothing more infectious, inspiring and illuminating than a woman in her trust, in her truthful & most radiant embodiment.
There is nothing more infectious, inspiring and illuminating than you being unapologetically YOU.

Because all is interwoven, all is an expression of the one.
Your story, your essence, your depth, your power and all facets that you are inform all of me I have still to uncover.
Simultaneously as we are sacred mirrors I am devoted to share my personal journey and all that has invoked remembrance in me so you can feel fully embodied and connected with your somatic wisdom.
My biggest wish for you is to be radically you.
To allow softening, to allow deepening, to allow expanding.
We need to root down as much as we need to reach out.
This container, a space where we get equipped with an epic tribe of women, the most nourishing practices, transformative tools and so much joy to fill us up from within and ripples out into all we touch.
For your aliveness, your light, your radiance, your turned-on-ness with life illuminates instantly and informs, moves and animates all you come in contact with.
We need more women to truly feel EMBODIED, RADIANT & UNAPOLOGETICALLY THEMSELVES.

Sofia is a women circle facilitator and holistic health coach with the vision of guiding women back to connect with their body temples, the innate wisdom that resides within and the deep power of re-membering, reclaiming our womanhood and what it means to be in sisterhood.
Through deep somatic journeys, archetypal concepts and ancient tools of traditional Tantra Sofia delves into uncharted territories within you.
Her intention is to help you rediscover your connection to the web of life, encouraging you to embody fearless love in every aspect of your life and reminding you of your inner radiant, feminine essence.

Holistic Voice Therapist
Gwen
Natascha Gweneth Thomas or just Gwen is a certified Voice Therapist and works with deep healing methods of voice and energy work, specialising in vocal embodiment, somatic voice work & vocal therapy. All this is combined in her unique Holistic Voice Therapy coaching Method.
In this Workshop you will learn to activate your free intuitive Voice and learn how to express yourself free and authentic through your body and your own sounds.
We will discover the connection of our sacred portal, our vulva & our womb with our voice and raw, true expression. It is going to be a nourishing yet fiery, passionate exploration of you and your expression with and of the Divine Feminine essence
