Working with many women over the past years both in retreat as well as intimate coaching I found that we all have such individual stories and yet I found myself in every single one of them, we found ourselves in another.
​
We are such beautiful, powerful individual expressions, yet of the same nature.
What you see in someone is what you already have lingering inside of your beautiful Self.
We are just here to be anothers sacred mirrors.
Yet those mirrors are often dusty, veiled with old beliefs and past experiences that told us: I am wrong.
Being too much, not good enough, too open, to closed, too strong, too emotional, too loud, too small...
Unlearned to trust ourselves, our inner guidance, our intuition.
Disconnected from our bodies, disconnected from our pleasure. From the outside world and most often even from ourselves.
Our greatest gift and power shut down, forgotten - shamed.

This program bridges spiritual rituals and tools with tangible embodiment practices, the heart of traditional Tantrik knowledge and the sweetness of sisterhood.
It is your safer space to explore, express and enliven yourself fully, truly and deeply.

I have collected beautiful tools along the way that immensely impacted my Being, my life and my work and I am so excited to give them back to you, as I was given them from many teachers around the world.

I am happily sharing all my wisdom pearls, tools and practices and support you trough a deep journey to cleanse off all old veils and layers that are hiding your true core - maybe from yourself yet - and help you step into your full embodiment and potential.
​
The mentoring will include classical coaching and ancient wisdom teachings with the world of somatics and embodiment practices from our felt sense,shadow work, mirror work, sensual dance, self-massages, meditations and more. Additionally there will be weekly exploration in form of sacred tasks, journaling and/or recorded practices like slow, silky asana, yin yoga, breathwork and more. Lastly, all practices will be recorded and uploaded in our sacred space where you will have until 31st of December to re-visit as often as you desire, following your inner flow.
